Website Product/Services Update
If you need GTS to update your services or products in your store/shop, no problem, we can take care of adding and removing those from or to your site. Select a number of services or products you need us to update, then check out and send us your list of items via email.
TURN AROUND TIME
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time for website updates on products/services is 2 to 15 business days, which depends on the number of items. We strive to have them completed as fast as we can. During the holiday rush, this is subject to change.HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:
After check out please send all information to genevastechspot@gmail.com . Number your items in order (1 2 3 4 5 etc). Please note this is not a physical product so at check out just select local pickup and when the order is completed you will recieve a pick up notification which will mean your items have been added or removed from the site. You can then review the tasks we completed on your site. If we need to contact you for clarity on anything then we will email you.
(IMPORTANT) For services/ products, please be sure to send the following details for each item.
Name, description, price and any options and variants

REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
Due to the custom nature of this service, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If there is an issue with our services, please contact us immediately on how to resolve this issue.
